X-Jet Chemical Injection Nozzle
X-Jet Chemical Injection Nozzle
Any X-Jet will let you apply soap and rinse with the same nozzle without sending chemicals through your pump or hose. With this X-Jet M5, you can adjust the spray pattern from 5 to 60 degrees and project chemicals up to 40 feet or more.
Choose your orifice size based on your pump’s GPM: #13 for 4-6 GPM pumps; #16 for 6.5-8 GPM pumps; or #20 for 8+ GPM pumps.
The X-Jet Chemical Injection Nozzle uses color-coded proportioners to apply chemicals at different ratios. You can also modify this X-Jet M5 so it performs like a downstream injector. See video below.
The X-Jet Chemical Injection Nozzle comes complete with color-coded proportioners, 15' of 3/8" hose, a two-way valve, and a proportioner chart. It will allow you to apply soap and rinse with the same nozzle without sending chemicals through your pump or hose. With the X-Jet M5, you can adjust the spray pattern from 5 to 60 degrees and project chemicals up to 40 feet or more.
X-Jet recommends you NOT use the colored proportioners with your X-Jet Chemical Injection Nozzle when house washing with bleach. Just mix your bleach mix in the bucket to your desired ratio. Please do not use the X-Jet for cleaning roofs. With the pressure it puts out, you can seriously damage roofs. You may find you use more bleach than normal when using your X-Jet. While it's a great tool to have in the toolbox, it's not something I use on a daily basis. I use it on rare occasions when I want a stronger mix and do not feel like pulling out my Kingslinger Soft Wash System.
