Share
This PRESSURE WASHING PARKING LOTS video post is another in the Two Tip Tuesday series. I'll provide a couple of tips and and include one of my go-to products for this. Right off the bat, pre-cleaning the parking lot was a critical step on this job. There are quite a bit of pine needles, leaves and other debris all over the lot. I always simply blow everything off with a STIHL BG 50 gas blower. A battery powered blower is good for smaller lots but this a larger lot, so a stronger blower helps conserve time and energy. I know some just use high pressure washer to move the debris. But we bag it and remove it and keeping it dry helps keep this aspect of the job efficient, quick, and simple. Getting the surface as clean as possible helps keep the surface cleaner debris free and operating a peak levels.
PRE WETTING CONCRETE
PRESSURE WASHING PARKING LOTS mean pre-wetting it after removing debris. I'm not real big on pre-treating with bleach. My view is that it is a waste of bleach and I have never really seen that it was helpful with final visual results. However, in some cases I will post-treat with bleach and leave it to dry. At the 5:45, I provide a video walk through of cleaning the surface cleaner after the job. We use our ball valve and go around the skirt, rinsing the wheels, the deck, and underside. At 6:20, take a look at our tubo nozzle in use. And don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions about PRESSURE WASHING PARKING LOTS in the comments.
