PORTABLE SOFT WASH SYSTEM

PORTABLE SOFT WASH SYSTEM

If you're looking for a portable soft wash system that is affordable and great quality, look no further!  The SOFT E will allow you to clean roofs, buildings and houses and can travel and be moved around very easily.  Of, if you prefer, you could mount it to your truck, trailer or van.  We began building these a couple of years ago, but there have been some changes since then that you should know about.  They have the newer GF valves, one metering valve for bleach but then a ball valve for the water.  It comes with a heavy duty power switch, and then the pump and battery are on the back.

FLOW JET PUMP

This portable soft wash system comes with a Flow Jet 6 gpm 12 v pump that delivers a powerful 70 psi.  This is one of the best and most dependable pumps I have ever used.  It draws exceptionally well and is very easy to prime.  It's super easy to use, sprays well and you can get very good distance out of it.  The range is around 40-47 feet depending on which nozzle you use.  We have a small marine maintenance battery and you would need to add plumbing kits that would fit your system.  In the video at the 6:00 time stamp, you'll see exactly what it includes vs what you would need to purchase separately.  It also does not include the battery.  That you would need to supply yourself.

MIXING RATIOS

One thing that is important to remember with all of these systems is that none of them are precise when it comes to mixing ratio percentages.  When both are wide open, you will get a 50-50 mix.  In that position, it is always pretty accurate.  But once you begin adjusting the bleach valve down from there, there's no way any system can deliver a precise mixing ratio percentage.  Those are simply rough estimates.  As I teach in my monthly schools, you want to use just enough bleach to simply change the color of the aglae.  Using too much bleach could result in damage to the surface.  That's my strong opinion, and perhaps others might disagree.  At the 12:30 time stamp, you'll see an actual video demo of the Soft E spray distance with various nozzles.
