HOW TO PRESSURE WASH
Share
In this HOW TO PRESSURE WASH video post, I use a 4 GPM pressure washer. This was for a commercial building and we did concrete cleaning and downstreaming for the building wash. My first tip is to convert the bypass loop. This comes in very handy because it allows me to be off the trigger and does not burn up the pump. To do so means we remove the bypass loop and plumb the water back into the tank. And we plug the bottom part with a quarter inch hex plug. You could also set up to simply release the water into the grass on other surrounding area.
DOWNSTREAM BYPASS INJECTOR
My second tip is to use a downstream bypass injector. At the 7:00 minute time stamp, I explain the different set up options you have when ordering. And then we used an x-jet pail to syphon bleach for cleaning. Toward the end of the video, we provide some before and after pics of this job. And there is also video of our surface cleaner in action. We hope this has been helpful and invite you to leave a comment if you have any questions.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Be sure and check all of the additional training opportunities in order to learn how to pressure wash. There are monthly events in Houston that include hands on training with equipment as well as classroom instruction. Or, if you can't make it out to Houston, check out the online video school. And I am hosting a Difference Makers Business Conference February 6-7.
