COMMERCIAL POWER WASH TRAILER
Share
This COMMERCIAL POWER WASH TRAILER video features Doug's latest build for his exterior cleaning business in Houston. He begins with a hot water skid that is 5 GPM from Karcher. It is a very nice, powerful machine with a small footprint. It's available in both hot water and cold water in 5 or 8 GPM. So there are several options to consider with this line. There are two 10 gallon tanks for gas and diesel which feeds the burner. Everything easily accessible on this trailer, which you'll see in this walk around video.
PLUMBING DETAILS
This commercial power wash trailer has an Italian made pump with a 7 year warranty. Then you will notice crush proof hose going all the way back to water tank. Our banjo set up allows great flexibility to drain the tank or fill a pump up sprayer or rinse anything that needs it. There is a separate fuel tank for the 10 GPM cold water machine also on this commercial power wash trailer. It has a 200 gallon slimline tank. This unit is set up for downstreaming out of a five gallon bucket so no bleach tank. We use very little bleach for maintenance cleanings on commercial properties. I will also be adding a Flow Pro Remote Bypass System. At approximately the 6:00 minute time stamp, Doug shows how both machines can be simesed together delivering powerful 15 GPM. There is great flexiblity to run each machine by itself, or to combine the forces of both machines.
HOSES GUNS WANDS
Be sure and watch the entire video for all the details on how the hoses, guns, and wands are set up. There is one particular tip about an older hose that you'll want to check out. You also see things like tools and nozzles and other things like chemicals and other accessories. If you are interested in additional training for your power washing business, consider my monthly schools on a Saturday in Houston. Here is a video of one of the students who attended my training.
